Markham Fair Shuttle Operations (2018)

Unlike the 2017 fair, First Student Canada got the contract for operating shuttles in 2018 and also changed the schedules. Buses were only run on Friday, September 28 and Saturday, September 29, 2018 during the evenings (5 pm to 11:30 pm).  I was able to document the Markham operations, using two 72-passenger school buses. Other differences from 2017 included signage changes- the large "Markham Fair" banners that covered the school bus decals were replaced with window signs.

The buses were using a regular transit stop to load and unload passengers, with a $5 cash fare per passenger (transfers from YRT/Viva and payment by PRESTO fare cards were not accepted).
